Ingredients:
3 cup beans, black, cooked very thick
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
12 each tostadas, small
1 large onions, minced
1 large avocado, cut in strips
1 each chile, chipotle, cut in strips
Instructions:
Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture
to boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a
layer of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion,
avocado and chile.
