Ingredients:
8 each smoked habaneros, chopped
1 each chopped onion
5 each cloves of garlic, minced
4 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp catsup
3 cup water
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
Smoke habaneros until golden brown and semi-dry. Chop into small
pieces and add into other ingredients. Simmer gently uncovered for
about 1 hour.
