Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 each medium onion, diced
2 each cloves of garlic, crushed
2 each medium tomatoes, seed, chop
2 each jalopenos, seeded, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cummin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic,
tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover
with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir
after 2 minutes.
Servings: 4
