Ingredients:
2 1/2 chicken breasts*
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 slice cooked ham
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
*Can also be made with veal
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Brown the chicken on both
sides. Put a slice of ham on each 1/2 breast. Springle with parmesan,
parsley. Pour the chicken broth in the pan. Cover let simmer for five
