18 corn husks or parchment papers
FILLING
1 cup jam, fruit-sweetened
1 cup peanut butter, unsweetened
Instructions:
To make filling:
Mix jam and peanut butter.
Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure."
