Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 salt to taste
6 8-inch flour tortillas, warmed
Instructions:

============== ==== === In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and
onion over medium heat until no pink remains in the beef. Drain off
the excess liquid and stir in the picante sauce, cumin, and salt to
taste. Place the meat mixture in a strip across the center of each
tortil NOTE: Top with additional picante sauce, some chopped
tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado slices ~ or any of your other
favorite toppings. And you can even use ground veal or turkey instead
of beef, if you'd prefer.
