Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chi, lies (10 oz)
2 tsp basil
1 juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Instructions:
In a large skillet, saute beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until
beans are tender-crisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered
for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Servings: 6
This recipe is certainly silly. It says to separate two eggs, but it doesn't say how far to separate them. Gracie Allen
