Ingredients:
PER 1/4 CUP
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 small onion
3 tbsp ketchup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 herb salt
1 fresh-ground black pepper
78 *cals
6 *gm dietary fiber
1/2 *gm fat
456 *mg sodium
Instructions:
Blend the above ingredients in a food processor, adding more ketchup
if needed for desired consistency.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
