1/2 lb ground porked
1/2 lb ground ham, smoked, cooked
1/4 cup onion, chopped, 1 small
1 each clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp oregano leaves, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup basic red sauce, **
1 cup beef broth
