Ingredients:
1 jalapeno, chopped;
2/3 cup lima beans
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tomatoe, chopped;medium
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tsp cilantro, chopped fresh
Instructions:
Heat Sunflower seeds, Onion, Tomatoe & Jalapeno till onion is
clear. Add Lima Beans and cook for a couple minutes. Add cilantro &
serve.
