Ingredients:
-The New Basics
2 Jalapeno peppers, cored
-seeded, minced
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack, grated (6 oz)
1 1/2 cup Sharp cheddar, grated (6 oz)
2 tbsp Cilantro, minced
Instructions:
Combine jalapenos, and cheeses in mixing bowl. Bland well. Shape into
3/4" balls, roll in cilantro. Chill loosely covered, 2-3 hours before
