Ingredients:
PATTI VDRJ67A
3/4 lb smoked raw ham -- 1x1/2
1 strip
30 ml garlic -- mash to paste
5 lb beef pot roast
1/2 bell pepper -- mince
4 tbsp oil
1 onion -- mince
2 cup tomato puree
1 salt & pepper
Instructions:
Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into
indentations which have been made with a sharp knife in the pot
roast. Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in hot
oil. Combine onion, pepper and tomato puree. Pour over
