Mexican Salsa Recipes

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic
6 ripe tomatoes -- chopped
6 green chiles -- roast, peel,
1 chop
1 medium white onion -- chopped
1 tsp salt -- or to taste
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp oil
1 bunch cilantro -- chopped

Instructions:

Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients,
including cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving.

Yield: 2 cups
