Instructions:
3 jalapeno -- sliced and diced
1 ounce grated cheddar cheese
peppers -- (pickled in vinegar)
4 slightly beaten eggs
Arrange peppers in a non-stick, 10-inch pie plate; cover with cheese.
Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 275 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until
set. Cut into 10 wedges. Serve hot.
