Mexican Salsa Recipes

Ingredients:

2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned,
1 and chopped
1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and
1 finely chopped
2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
1 tbsp cilantro, snipped
1 tsp lime peel, shredded

Instructions:

Stir together oranges, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, green onion,
cilantro, lime peel and dash salt in a bowl. Cover and chill for
about 4 hours.


Servings: 2
