Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup cholesterol-free reduced-
calorie mayonnaise or salad
dressing
2 tbsp finely chopped canned
chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS DRESSING.
