Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch cumin
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 lb shredded jack cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Microwave margarine on high for 30 seconds. Add next 5 ingredients,
cover with plastic wrap (leaving vent) and microwave on high for 2
minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add cheese and cook 1
minute. Stir and cook 1 minute. Stir in cilantro. Serve with
tortilla chips. Makes 2-1/2 cups, 35 calories per tablespoon.
