Ingredients:
2 cup lettuce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 jar taco sauce -- (8 oz)
4 tostada shells
1 3/4 cup chicken -- chopped/cooked
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
vinegar, and taco sauce. Toss to mix well. To serve, place tostada
shell on each of 4 dinner plates. Divide ingredients equally among
tostadas, layering in the following in order: taco sauce, chicken,
and lettuce mixture. Drizzle with remaining liquid for the lettuce
mixture. Top with cheese.
