Ingredients:
1 2 summer squash -- chayote
Instructions:
: tomatoes -- diced
: spring onions
: chopped red bell peppers -
: to garnish
: basil leaves -- shredded
: vinaigrette dressing -- mi
: or mayonnaise
Shred squash with cheese grater. Toss in with tomatoes, onions, red
peppers= and shredded basil leaves. Season with vinaigrette or
