Ingredients:
4 tomato, chopped fine
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/2 celery, chopped fine
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped f
3 tbsp green chiles, chopped fine
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp coriander, ground
1 dash black pepper, coarse
Instructions:
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables
and mix. Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
