Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets
16 oz picante sauce
6 monterey jack cheese grated
Instructions:
Place 4 catfish fillets in a microwave dish. Cover leaving a vent.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes rotating dish occasionally. Uncover
and sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds
or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
