Ingredients:
1 lb black beans
1 cook until almost tender,
1 then add:
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 chopped onion
1 cumin to taste
1 anaheim pepper or 1 can
1 chopped green chiles
1 herbs: (she used)
1 thyme
1 oreganol
1 savory
1 all to taste. (all fresh)
Instructions:
She had pico de galo (sp) to put on top but picante sauce works well.
Top also with onions and anything else you might want. Put this in a
flour tortilla.
