Mexican Bean Recipes

Ingredients:

1 can black beans
1 jar (about 10-12 oz) of salsa

Instructions:

Mix together. Can be served warm or cold.

Makes an interesting cold "soup" or great for spreading on a toasted
pita like pizza topping. I've also tried it with leftover rice. YUMM!
