1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Granulated sugar
8 oz Beer
Flour, for dusting
3 cup Peanut oil, to 4 cups, for
-frying
1 1/4 lb Rock shrimp or peeled white
-shrimp
