Ingredients:
1 avocado
3 tbsp coriander, chopped fresh
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce, low sodium
Instructions:
in blender jar. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
HELPFUL HINTS: Use as a dip for vegetables or crackers. Or try as a
topping for various foods, such as rice casserole, stuffed
vegetables, or chapati roll-ups.
