Ingredients:
2 medium red apples, macs or cortland
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup chopped orange segments
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, fine chop
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
Core and dice apples in 1/4 inch pieces. Toss immediately with lime
juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 2 hours before serving.
Good with pork, chicken, turkey and fish. Makes 3 cups.
